At VIP NYC Transfers, our closest relationships are built over time—through trust, consistency, discretion, and an understanding of what matters before it needs to be explained. The Circle is our private membership for a limited number of established clients who value that continuity at the highest level.
Membership is extended by invitation only. There is no application process, no public waitlist, and no published threshold for entry. The Circle exists for those whose relationship with VIP NYC Transfers has evolved beyond individual journeys into something more enduring: confidence that every detail will be handled with judgment, familiarity, and absolute discretion.
The Membership
Membership in The Circle is intentionally limited.
There is no public application process, waiting list, or pathway to purchase access.
Prospective members may only be considered following the private reference of two active members, each of whom must have maintained continuous membership for more than two years.
A reference does not constitute admission.
All invitations remain entirely at the discretion of VIP NYC Transfers.
We do not solicit prospective members.
When we believe a relationship is appropriate for The Circle, we reach out privately.
The Privileges of Being Known
It is familiarity.
Over time, we understand how our members prefer to move through New York and beyond: the level of communication they expect, how arrivals should be handled, who should receive updates, which details matter to their family or office, and when discretion requires almost no communication at all.
The result is a transportation experience that becomes progressively more intuitive.
Fewer instructions.

Private Concierge
Members receive an elevated concierge layer for transportation planning and execution.
This may include complex itineraries, multiple vehicles, family movements, executive schedules, airport coordination, major events, and arrangements involving several principals or locations.
Each request is approached with the same objective:
to reduce friction before it reaches the member.
Priority Consideration
During periods of exceptional demand, members receive priority consideration for available VIP NYC Transfers capacity.
This includes periods such as major sporting events, international gatherings, fashion weeks, holidays, and other dates when vehicle and chauffeur availability across New York becomes constrained.
Priority consideration does not constitute guaranteed availability.
It reflects something more valuable: an established relationship that is taken into account when capacity is limited.
Recognition Across Every Journey
Where appropriate, member preferences may be retained to create greater continuity across future arrangements.
These may include vehicle preferences, communication protocols, family requirements, preferred chauffeur characteristics, arrival procedures, privacy considerations, office contacts, and other details relevant to the experience.
The objective is simple:
you should not have to begin again every time you travel with us.
Private Invitations
From time to time, members may receive invitations to private experiences, cultural moments, intimate gatherings, or select opportunities made available through VIP NYC Transfers and carefully chosen relationships.
These are intentionally infrequent.
The Circle is not an events program.
Any invitation should feel considered, relevant, and worth accepting
Discretion Is Part of Membership
The Circle is built around trust.
Members may include individuals whose professional, public, family, or personal circumstances require exceptional discretion.
For that reason, membership carries an expectation of privacy and appropriate conduct.
Members may not use The Circle to solicit other members commercially, distribute unsolicited investment or business opportunities, recruit, fundraise, collect member information, or disclose another member's presence, movements, conversations, or participation in private gatherings.
Access to The Circle is personal.
