On Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 8:00 PM (doors at 7:00 PM), the legendary Descendents return to the stage at Montclair’s Wellmont Theater with a performance that spans more than four decades of uncompromising punk legacy.
Formed in Southern California in 1978, the band became a blueprint for pop-punk with their debut album Milo Goes to College—a title that would eventually become iconic. Their latest tour supports 9th & Walnut (Epitaph), a “lost” album recorded quietly in 2002 by the band’s original lineup, now unearthed and re-energized with timeless urgency.
Expect a blistering setlist from early cult favorites like “Suburban Home” and “Silly Girl”, to modern staples like “I’m the One”, “Without Love”, and new cuts like “Baby Doncha Know” and “Nightage.”
