After more than a decade, the internationally revered Paris Opera Ballet takes the stage at New York City Center from October 9–12, 2025, in a highly anticipated engagement featuring Red Carpet, a thrilling new piece by Hofesh Shechter, the Olivier Award–winning choreographer known for his electrifying movement vocabulary.
Set to a live score composed by Shechter himself and featuring costumes in partnership with Chanel, this 13-dancer ensemble work marks a daring evolution for the legendary company.
Founded in the 17th century, the Paris Opera Ballet has long been synonymous with artistic innovation and excellence. With a reputation for bridging timeless classics and groundbreaking contemporary works, their return to New York is a cultural milestone.
