Diane Arbus: Constellation at the Park Avenue Armory

The Park Avenue Armory presents the North American premiere of Diane Arbus: Constellation, a bold reimagining of one of the 20th century’s most influential photographers. Running from June 5 to August 17, 2025, this exhibition features the most comprehensive presentation of Arbus’s work ever shown in New York, offering a stark, intimate, and immersive journey into her singular vision.

Arbus is celebrated for her unflinching portraits of people living on the edge of societal norms—captured in a style that is haunting, honest, and unapologetically human. This powerful installation brings together 450+ prints by Neil Selkirk, her student and the only person authorized to print from her negatives.
