On Friday, June 6, 2025, at 8:00 PM ET (doors open at 7:00 PM ET), the Tribeca Festival presents the world premiere of Something Beautiful, a 55-minute visual album by Miley Cyrus, at Beacon Theatre in New York City .
Described as a "one-of-a-kind pop opera," Something Beautiful features thirteen original songs from Cyrus's ninth studio album of the same name, released on May 30, 2025 . The film is co-directed and written by Cyrus, Jacob Bixenman, and Brendan Walter, and produced by Cyrus alongside Panos Cosmatos, Nick Spicer, Nate Bolotin, and Aram Tertzakian.
Inspired by Pink Floyd's The Wall, the visual album delves into themes of healing, beauty in darkness, and cultural introspection. Following the screening, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in an exclusive conversation with Miley Cyrus.
