About the event
Back for its ninth edition, the Rolex New York Yacht Club Invitational Cup sets sail from September 6–13, 2025, at the prestigious Harbour Court in Newport, Rhode Island. Known as the pinnacle of Corinthian competition, this international regatta brings together elite amateur sailors representing yacht clubs from six continents.
Raced in the NYYC’s fleet of identically maintained IC37s, the Invitational Cup delivers a level playing field that rewards strategy, teamwork, and precision over equipment advantage—making every victory earned and every point contested.
